SHIPPING

Order Processing & Shipping Times
Our items are made to order and ship from the U.S. Our standard processing time is 2-5 business days. During peak times or sales events, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll keep you updated on any changes.
After processing typically orders arrive within 3-5 business days after being shipped.

If you require an item to be delivered to in a specific time frame, please message us before ordering! We do not take responsibility for a product not arriving at your desired time. Returns or cancellation requests will not be accepted for any items not received by a specific date.
INTERNATIONAL: Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days but in rare instances orders can take 30-45 days for delivery. Customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your order’s progress. If you haven’t received your tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please allow a few extra days for unforeseen delays. If you still haven’t received it, reach out to us at firelightfiction@gmail.com or through our Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to help! If your package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it, we recommend checking with your carrier or local post office. Unfortunately, we can’t refund or replace items marked as delivered. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for stolen packages.
Return to Sender
If an incorrect address is provided or an item is unclaimed, it will be returned to us. Customers are responsible for re-shipping fees, and a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Address Changes
Mistakes happen! If you’ve entered the wrong address, let us know as soon as possible. Address changes can be made within 1 hour of ordering. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to change the address, but we’re here to help with other solutions.

Cancellations
Some items, like cups, apparel, and candles, go straight into production and can’t be canceled once ordered. For other items, cancellations are available within 1 hour of purchase—just email us at firelightfiction@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist!
Eligible Items for Return
Lighter cases, phone charms, and some accessories. Items must be in their original unused condition and returned within 7 business days. Returns need to be authorized, so please email us at firelightfiction@gmail.com or through the Contact Us Page before shipping anything out!

Non-Returnable Items
Jewelry, apparel, drinkware, candles, and custom orders.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
Wrong Items Received
If you received the wrong item, no worries! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a return shipping label for the incorrect item and ship out your item as soon as possible!
